Operational Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Administration Coordinator - Full or Part Time. This role will involve working closely with our team to provide administrative support to the court and tribunal services.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documents for court and tribunal proceedings.
- Providing excellent customer service to court and tribunal users, including the Judiciary and legal professionals.
- Assisting in the preparation of papers and files for court and tribunal hearings and meetings.
- Collecting and analysing data to contribute to the performance and service standards of the team.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the court and tribunal services.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using various software packages and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
