About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Administration Coordinator - Full or Part Time. This role will involve working closely with our team to provide administrative support to the court and tribunal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documents for court and tribunal proceedings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to court and tribunal users, including the Judiciary and legal professionals.
  • Assisting in the preparation of papers and files for court and tribunal hearings and meetings.
  • Collecting and analysing data to contribute to the performance and service standards of the team.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the court and tribunal services.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using various software packages and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
