Commercial Laundry Repair Expert

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Equipment Service Engineer to join our team at Girbau UK.
This position involves providing market-leading service and support to our customers across the UK, ensuring their commercial laundry equipment runs smoothly.
Main Tasks:- Regular visits to customer sites for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Responding promptly to breakdown tasks assigned by planners, staying within authorized limits.
- Communicating effectively with the service team when work exceeds these limits.
- Ensuring adherence to Customer Site regulations and requirements during each visit.
- Representing Girbau UK professionally at all times.
- Electrical competence, preferably demonstrated through City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 qualifications.
- Practical knowledge of electrical isolation and dead testing.
- Ideal qualifications include gas servicing (domestic or commercial).
- Previous experience in laundry machine maintenance or similar machinery operations is beneficial.
- Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, full-time.
- Location & Travel: Up to 2 hours travel from home; a company van is provided for personal use.
- Remuneration & Benefits: An estimated annual salary of approximately £35,000-£40,000, including a fixed bonus structure and overtime pay.
