Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at Altitude-Recruitment Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to utilize their administrative skills and experience to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Support: Provide administrative support with invoicing for our technical team, ensuring accurate details are uploaded onto Excel and internal systems.
  • Project Support: Offer additional support to various projects, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Tracking and Chasing: Track invoices and chase internal departments for information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coding and Liaising: Assist with coding of projects and liaise with engineers and warranty specialists as needed.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience is essential, with proven experience of raising invoices.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is critical in this role.
