As a Nurse Associate, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our experienced nursing team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on care to our residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Working collaboratively with our nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Supporting our residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in healthcare, such as a diploma or degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
