About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RGM Manager to join our Revenue Growth team, supporting the business as it undergoes a significant data and analytics transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy tailored to the healthcare market, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyse product and channel mix to maximise profit margins while meeting consumer needs across healthcare categories.
  • Design and optimise price-pack strategies for healthcare products, considering consumer affordability and value perception.
  • Inform pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, ensuring they align with market dynamics and consumer demand in the healthcare sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Finance.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging RGM levers (pricing, promotion, and mix management) to drive sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue and margin improvements in healthcare categories.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong capabilities in using data to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies.
