We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in the Outpatients Department at Caithness General Hospital. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional services.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, managing records and communicating effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals. Your excellent organizational and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless care delivery.

This permanent position offers 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for job sharing arrangements. You will receive ongoing development and education opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

In addition to a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension schemes, health insurance and opportunities for career progression.
