About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Encourage individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.74.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
