This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading private healthcare provider as a Home Manager, overseeing a purpose-built facility that offers state-of-the-art, luxury care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, training, and motivating a team of skilled care professionals to deliver person-centred care.
  • Ensuring the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintaining excellent standards of care and support.
  • Managing the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Managing and mitigating risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing home.
  • A strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a proven record of working towards achieving Outstanding ratings.
  • A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care.
  • Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.
