As a regulated business, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets all relevant legislation and regulations. You will work closely with our dedicated Operations and Central teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential.
