IT Infrastructure Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join our client's team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and EPOS system configuration to our client's staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with previous experience in IT support and/or EPOS systems. They will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site, working closely with the EPOS team to ensure seamless till system operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with a variety of EPOS systems, including MIDAS (Swan Retail) and LS Retail
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our client's staff
- Collaborate with the EPOS team to ensure smooth till system operations
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 and a hybrid work arrangement, with one day per week spent on-site in Edinburgh.
