This exciting opportunity is for an experienced IT technician to contribute to the smooth operation of our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • First-line technical support to staff and pupils, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other technology equipment across campuses.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various systems and applications.
  • Supporting teachers with classroom technology, including interactive whiteboards, projectors, and other AV equipment.
  • Monitoring and managing helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and communication with users.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard software.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi management, and general network security practices.
