Job Summary: Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse Leader to join our team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community mental health services and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a CMHT or community mental health setting and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering interventions, advice, and support over the phone and conducting face-to-face crisis assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver NHS community mental health services to adults in need.
- Offer interventions, advice, and support over the phone and conduct face-to-face crisis assessments.
- Ensure service users receive the most appropriate care and treatment following triage and assessment.
