Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill various roles, including Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, Parts Advisors, Stores People, and Van Drivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations in the Essex region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams to achieve sales and operational targets
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Drive vans to transport parts and merchandise to and from stores and warehouses
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in a similar role or industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driving license (for Van Driver roles)
