Join Our Team as an Audiologist Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to lead and drive our new standalone Audiology Domiciliary Business model. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and growing a successful business, providing exceptional customer care, and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of audiologists to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with our support office teams and local domiciliary administration team to ensure seamless operations

What We Offer:

  • Market-leading salary of up to £50k + £5k Car Allowance
  • 70% Shareholding in business profits (dividends)
  • Up to £80k OTE in your first year, with year two's projections hitting £100k plus
