About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team. As Chief Hearing Care Specialist, you will have the autonomy to work independently and collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, products, and methodologies in audiology, embracing innovation and driving growth.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Qualification as an audiologist and registration with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).
• Strong commercial skills, including a focus on customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on your experience and commercial skills.
