Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Webrecruit Careers. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our reading for enjoyment programme with primary schools and other settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a network of schools and settings to deliver our reading programme
  • Develop and implement content to support reading development and enjoyment
  • Provide training and support to schools and settings on reading programme delivery
  • Manage risk and safeguarding procedures to ensure programme delivery is safe and effective
  • Coordinate events and activities to promote reading for enjoyment
  • Manage a team of volunteers to support programme delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate programme delivery to ensure quality and impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of reading development and literacy programmes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
