The Role: What You'll Do as a Senior Digital Sales Manager
  • Digital Sales Strategy: Define, own, and execute a winning digital sales strategy that drives revenue, utilising expertise in digital planning and analytics.
  • Commercial Excellence: Take full ownership of digital sales performance, working across teams to ensure commercial targets are met and surpassed.
  • Trading Process: Manage the end-to-end trading process, from daily operations to strategic campaign execution and brand promotion, collaborating with the digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Drive on-site performance by improving conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site KPIs.
  • Business Insights: Analyse key business drivers and provide in-depth insights on trade performance, creating action plans that ensure continued growth.
  • Fascia Digital Trading Calendar: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a fascia digital trading calendar, delivering timely, relevant promotions and content.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI, Excel) to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Work closely with the UX and optimisation teams to enhance the customer journey, and ensure that all campaigns and promotions align with business objectives.
  • SEO Strategies: Ensure that our SEO strategies are supported by evergreen and seasonal content, helping drive customer engagement and increase conversion.
About You: What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Experienced in digital trading or e-commerce, with at least 3 to 4+ years in a similar role.
  • Analytics Skills: Confident using multiple analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI, Excel) to track performance, and able to report findings clearly and concisely.
  • Financial Planning: Skilled at creating and executing financial plans, building digital business cases, and forecasting key digital metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at interpreting data and finding innovative solutions to improve performance and increase revenue.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Familiar with e-commerce platforms and experienced working in high-growth, scalable environments.
