Job Title: Control And Monitoring System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control And Monitoring System Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading software development initiatives and contributing to our domain expertise in maritime systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development projects, focusing on embedded systems using C/C++ and RTOS.
  • Contribute to autonomous or robotics software, collaborating across domains, and ensuring adherence to Software Engineering Lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and maintain software within embedded systems, ensuring software management throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead software development for maritime solutions and systems integration.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in software engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven leadership in software development, particularly in C/C++ for embedded systems and RTOS.
  • Familiarity with autonomous/robotics software and Software Engineering Lifecycle processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical report writing and presentations.
  • Desirable skills in LabView, Matlab/Simulink, AI/ML techniques, DOORS, UML/Enterprise Architect, and software safety standards (DEF STAN 00-56 & IEC 61508 or equivalent).
