Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our consortia and leisure segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage Key Accounts: Lead the management of a portfolio of high-value accounts, negotiating preferred agreements, and driving account growth through effective relationship building and strategic planning.
- Prospect New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support our global growth ambitions, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Represent The Hoxton at Global Tradeshows: Promote our brand and drive revenue growth through participation in key industry events and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our on-property sales, brand, revenue, and hotel operations teams to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration to drive revenue results.
- 8+ Years of Senior Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in senior sales roles, with a strong understanding of the hotel sales industry.
- Consortia Experience Essential: Demonstrated expertise in consortia sales and revenue growth, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Passionate about Hotel Sales: A genuine passion for hotel sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
