**About the Role**

Consortia is partnering with a B2B SaaS start-up to find a seasoned Product Management Director with a technical background to lead their team in developing new features, making strategic decisions, and driving product excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute product plans, roadmaps, and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage software products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and grow B2B SaaS products that serve enterprise customers, aligning with product-led growth and sales GTM strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in product leadership, with a strong track record of managing software products from inception to maturity.
  • Expertise in creating product plans, roadmaps, and strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, with experience in building and growing B2B SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and foster a shared sense of purpose.
