Employment and Training Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in Magherafelt. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company in relation to human resources.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment campaigns, training requirements, and maintaining all HR records. You will also assist with day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need a third-level degree in a business or related discipline, with a minimum 2:1 classification. Relevant experience should include at least one year of employment experience, knowledge of current employment legislation, and ideally one year of experience in an HR function.
