Engineering and Automotive Skills Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skills Practitioner to join our dynamic Engineering and Automotive Departments. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering staff and students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on learning and technical support to staff and students, undertaking assessment and quality checking duties.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and managers to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Provide feedback to students to aid successful progression and achievement.
- Manage stock control, ordering and issuing of supplies to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
About You
We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication, organizational, and facilitation skills who can inspire and engage learners through hands-on tasks and demonstrations. A solid background in an engineering machine shop discipline is essential, and a Level 2/3 qualification in this area is highly desirable.
