Depot Administrative Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Depot Administrative Specialist to join our team at Hardwick Grange Depot in Warrington. As a Depot Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks related to product assessments, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that suppliers and trading teams are informed of product non-conformances and rejection notices.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all required administrative tasks around Depot QA Team product assessments and associated actions taken
- Issue communications around these to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure suppliers, trading teams and the Depots are kept informed of product non-conformances and rejection notices and product position at all times
- Support the QA Lead in the completion of associated administrative tasks to assist delivery of key improvement projects
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience/qualification(s) in a related area
- Great personal skills
- Able to deliver high volume of work accurately at speed
- Strong Initiative with proactive and collaborative ways of working
- Personable and able build strong relationships and collaborate with all stakeholders and suppliers
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Agile and open minded in approach
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficient use of IT equipment and office-based applications
