Student Enterprise Manager

We are seeking a strategic and organised Student Enterprise Manager to join our dynamic Careers, Employability, and Student Enterprise (CESE) division. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Student Enterprise and Events in designing and overseeing the University's Student Enterprise programme.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Student Enterprise Junction, a co-working space for students, ensuring a valuable experience for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Student Enterprise Junction and manage a team of coordinators to ensure a high-quality student experience.
- Work alongside the Student Enterprise Consultants, coordinating their activities to maximise their potential in delivering high-quality and impactful support to students in developing their entrepreneurial ambitions.
- Provide one-to-one advice sessions, create and deliver skills development workshops, and oversee the daily operations of the Student Enterprise Junction.
You will be a confident and credible professional with excellent organisational skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. With a background in business development and/or entrepreneurship, you will excel at driving our programme forward.
