Job Summary

The Menu Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our products to customers across Sussex and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including paperwork and digital documentation
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers
Requirements
  • Valid full clean driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work early morning and/or night shifts as required
  • Good knowledge of Sussex and surrounding areas
