Job Summary:
Salt is seeking a seasoned Social Media Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple clients.

About the Role:
You will lead our social media efforts, overseeing campaigns, managing client relationships, and mentoring a talented team of social media managers. You must have a deep understanding of all major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the social media strategy for multiple clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and goals.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of social media managers and content creators to ensure high-quality content creation, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Manage and grow client relationships by providing strategic advice and demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on their business goals.

About You:
  • Experience: At least 7 years in social media management, with a strong focus on strategy, team leadership, and client management.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of all major social platforms and the ability to create tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into compelling social content and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of social media metrics and the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: Relocation to Dubai is required (support will be provided).
