Key Responsibilities- Lead the provision of risk solutions to businesses across various sectors in the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their brokers.
- Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs.
- Grow a client portfolio and meet annual revenue targets.
- Work in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and compliance policies.
- ACII or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and commercial risks.
- Experience leading a large portfolio of commercial clients is desirable.
- Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, and competitors.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service.
