We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Director/Senior Account Executive in our Humber Advisory office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic relationships and innovative solutions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large mid-market corporate clients, with a strong understanding of commercial risks and insurance solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the service provided to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and adherence to agreed client service tools.
- Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs, and communicate client business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon.
- Build client relationships with key decision-makers, and grow a client portfolio, including meeting annual revenue targets.
- Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and comply with Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

Requirements- ACII or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with experience in client relationship management and commercial risks.
- Experience leading a large portfolio of commercial clients is desirable.
- Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
- Prior experience with sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing.
- An effective communicator and presenter.
- Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in the provision of client service.
