Children's Residential Support Job

This role requires a dedicated and experienced individual to provide support to service users with emotional and behavioural issues aged 13-16 in Birmingham, West Midlands.

£30,000 - £34,500 per annum (including overtime and training)

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individual care plans and working closely with other professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of child development and have experience supporting children's services.

  • MUST have experience supporting children's services
  • NVQ Level 3 or Level 4
  • Experience as an RSW working with children
  • Driver with full UK licence
