Senior Residential Support Specialist

Salary: £31,305.20 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Residential Support Specialist to lead our residential care team.
About the Role- Provide exceptional care and support to young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Utilize leadership skills to supervise staff, manage shifts, and implement placement plans, policies, and risk assessments.
- Support young people in their education and daily activities, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
- Oversee rotas, staff supervision, and create an environment where every young person feels valued and supported.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
- A valid driving license.
- A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
- Competitive salary inclusive of sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in).
