About the Role

The Director of Compliance and Quality will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the company's high standards and comply with ISO 9001 accreditation. This involves managing and improving quality processes across the business, including handling non-conformances and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also oversee quality inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve quality processes across the business.
  • Oversee quality inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems is essential.
  • A proven track record of managing non-conformances and leading successful corrective action processes.
