Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist at Greiner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety are maintained across all site functions. This position is responsible for monitoring and auditing manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with legal, third-party, and customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Specification and declaration of compliance
- Implementation and management of the GPUK Compliance System
- Change Management and Auditing
- Training and Development
- Quality Management Systems and Relationship Management
Essential Criteria
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Quality Assurance function, preferably with knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems such as BRC or ISO9001. Alternatively, a minimum of 24 months' experience in Thermoforming/Offset Printing or Injection Moulding Operations with a good understanding of Quality Assurance in these areas. Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential.
Our Offer
- An estimated salary of £25,000-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
