Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 boy with ADHD in a full-time, term-time-only position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to the student during lessons and other school activities.
  • Implement strategies to help the student manage ADHD symptoms and maintain focus.
  • Assist in the development of the student's social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create and adapt learning materials.
  • Monitor and report on the student's progress and well-being.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Registration as a School Learning Support Worker with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council) - we can help you with this
  • References covering the last two years (no gaps)
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
