Pay: £83.50 (Minimum) per day - 6.5 hours per day
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a Year 3 student with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating the student's educational development and creating a supportive and structured learning environment tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated support to the student with ADHD, ensuring their educational and personal needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the student's learning and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with the student, parents, and teaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting the student's needs.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a special needs setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, understanding, and a proactive approach to supporting students with ADHD.
