Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

As a Retail Deputy Manager at The Works, you'll play a vital role in helping your store run smoothly. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Stand-in for the Store Manager, taking responsibility for the team and store operations when needed.
  • Foster a positive store atmosphere that's welcoming and inclusive.
  • Drive retail sales and achieve high performance across key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and coach the team to provide outstanding retail experiences, ensuring each customer is delighted and inspired.
  • Merchandise products effectively, ensuring a high SKU count and excellent store standards.
