As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be a vital member of our store management team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will take full responsibility for the store in their absence, overseeing all aspects of the store's operation, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.

Our Store Manager will empower you to drive sales and performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs). You will inspire your team, create a positive work environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, company pension contribution, and colleague discount.

Requirements

  1. Proven retail management experience, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  2. Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
  3. Passion for retail and a track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  4. Ability to take on 6 months of industry-leading training, covering key aspects of the role, customer service, and health and safety.
