Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, incorporating automated segmented marketing campaigns, designed through extensive research and customer insight.
- Support Event Marketing Teams: Provide support to event marketing teams in the execution of the portfolio marketing strategy, achieving maximum penetration through a brand-led approach.
- Manage Event Websites: Manage and update event websites from a marketing and content perspective, to ensure maximum engagement and enhanced UX for each product.
- Design and Create Marketing Assets: Create and repurpose design assets ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, including marketing collateral, e-shots, direct mail, and website copy.
- Coordinate External Suppliers: Effectively manage and coordinate external marketing suppliers, including creative agencies, mailing houses, photographer/videographer, printers, and PR.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs and providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Experience in Marketing: Previous experience in a similar role within the events or exhibition industry is desirable.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Automation: Experience of using CRM/marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a creative eye and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
