About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Strategist to join our team at Scalian UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving forward ambitious recruitment targets and supporting the Human Resources function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing an effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Managing a comprehensive recruitment plan across all company functions.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Conducting proactive candidate sourcing and hunting activities through various channels.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment tools and dashboards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organizing recruitment events to engage with potential candidates.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Managing employee relations, including handling queries and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • S_supporting performance management activities, including regular reviews and appraisals.
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assisting in policy development and ensuring consistent application across teams.
  • Overseeing benefits administration and collaborating with the finance team to process payroll accurately.
  • Contributing to initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture.
  • Updating and maintaining the IT inventory log.

Required Skills:

  • An in-depth understanding of HMRC policies related to HR, including Anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, Health and Safety, data protection, and statutory leave entitlement.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
