Financial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and manage their accounts
* Manage accounts paperwork, ensuring it is easily accessible and organized
* Issue pro-forma invoices and ensure monthly customer statements are timely and accurate
* Chase late/non-payments via telephone and email, converting outstanding debts to paid invoices
* Retrieve missing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and handle customer queries
* Process sales orders efficiently on Sage, updating the sales pipeline
* Scan supplier invoices to the server
* Take on various ad-hoc duties that make every day different and exciting
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 based on experience
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Fully office based with potential of hybrid working following a 6 month probation period
