Join Our Team as a Graduate Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Graduate Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.

  • Assist with the administration of client files and records
  • Provide support with data entry and record-keeping
  • Help with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events
