Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join our team at Integris Financial Recruitment Ltd in Watford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance filing systems
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Support the office staff with general operational tasks as needed

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or general administrative roles is advantageous

  • Own car required due to location
