We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Graduate Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end administration and support the entire back-office function within the business.
  • Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
