The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate who is passionate about interior design and homeware to join our team in central London. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing and promoting our luxury homeware brand, products, and history and heritage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and promote the luxury homeware brand, products, and history and heritage
  • Help manage stock levels and counter presentation
  • Process sales on the host store till as well as on the company's own POS system
  • Go above and beyond when assisting customers
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience working within retail, preferably with a luxury brand, is essential. Fluency in another language would be appreciated, and computer literacy, including an understanding of Excel, is a must.
