Job Description

This role will involve managing a caseload of banking-related matters, including corporate banking, real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and development finance. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, using your own judgment to manage the workload, and possessing an LLM Law Degree or equivalent; and LPC or SQE qualification.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid holidays.
