Assistant Case Handler Job Summary:

Pertemps Northampton is recruiting for a highly organized and communicative Assistant Case Handler to join their Conveyancing team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Legal Case Handlers in the completion of tasks, including reviewing mortgage offers and providing updates to agents and clients;
  • Setting up completions and managing multiple cases, prioritizing tasks effectively;
  • Developing strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ensuring accurate document preparation and review;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law or related field;
  • Understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
