Northampton Residential Law Advisor

We are seeking a Northampton Residential Law Advisor to join our residential property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on residential property matters, including sale, purchase, and transfer of properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual with previous experience in residential property law to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation, as well as excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on residential property matters, including sale, purchase, and transfer of properties.
  • Assist with the management of remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
  • Conduct property searches, including title and planning searches, and liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
