About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Candidate Source Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities to sell high-value technical solutions to the recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recycling industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the recycling industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant technical qualifications in a manufacturing or engineering discipline
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Passport
