Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Contract Manager to join our team and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in roofing, construction, or related industries to take on a challenging role and make a real impact.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed plans, realistic budgets, and accurate timescales for roofing projects. - Client and Subcontractor Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. - Financial Oversight:
Gather information for invoicing at project completion and ensure compliance with transactions. Chase late payments and secure purchase orders for additional contract work. - Health & Safety:
Ensure all health and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
The salary for this role is £55,000 (negotiable, dependent on experience). Benefits include pension and life assurance, 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays), and hybrid working arrangements.
