About the Role - The IT Project Manager will work closely with the international IT team, PMO, and other departments to primarily support ERP and CRM-related projects. These projects involve coordinating infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

This role requires regular onsite presence at our Wakefield office, where the successful candidate will collaborate with the European IT team to manage and execute ERP projects, particularly those involving SAP. They will also assist in the coordination of ERP solutions, including data migration, system configuration, EDI integrations, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should possess problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks and issues. Additionally, they should have solid knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and technical terminology to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the European IT team to manage and execute ERP projects, particularly those involving SAP.
  • Assist in the coordination of ERP solutions, including data migration, system configuration, EDI integrations, and process optimization.
  • Work alongside the IT team to coordinate infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server implementations, and IT security initiatives.
  • Ensure that all IT projects align with company goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 or 4 years of experience in IT project management, ideally with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
  • Competence in using project management software and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and report on project progress.

Compensation - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
