Tenancy Engagement and Housing Advisor

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Tenancy Engagement Worker to join our team at Accommodation Concern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their tenancy and achieve greater independence.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients in supported accommodation, providing support and guidance to help them develop routines and life skills. You will also conduct risk assessments and follow lone working procedures to ensure personal safety.
To excel in this role, you should have GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths, with strong IT skills. A valid driving license and access to a car for client visits across Northamptonshire are also necessary.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 23 days of annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, as well as ongoing training and a supportive team culture.
